- Subscription plans after 7 days of purchase
- Used or partially used subscription credits
- Downloaded defense solutions from the marketplace
- Used vulnerability scan credits
- Reports or analysis already generated
- Freemium plan upgrades (if applicable)
- Services used after purchase, even if cancelled immediately after
3. 7-Day Refund Window
The 7-day refund window is calculated as follows:
- Start Date: The date your subscription becomes active and payment is processed
- End Date: 7 calendar days from the start date
- Condition: No scanning features or platform features have been used
- Verification: We will verify no usage before processing refunds
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
